Ordering

What payment options do you accept?

Are my payments secure?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped. To do so, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team by emailing support@artinasec.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.

Does the painting image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

Yes, we strive for a high degree of image accuracy.

Will there be any watermarks or signatures on my painting?

All watermarks, signatures, or any other brand marks will be removed before your artwork is painted.

What is the maximum file size that I can upload?

We accept image sizes up to a maximum size of 10 MB.

Are your canvases considered Giclee quality?

Yes. All of artworks are applied onto canvas or framed art prints using a museum-grade process that utilizes archival inks that do not fade and preserve all the fine details. You can rest assured that these artworks are timeless.

Shipping

When will my art arrive?

Your custom art will be printed and ready for shipping in 1-3 days after your order. Allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for delivery within the United States and up to 2 weeks for Canada.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your custom painting ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary based on the quantity, type of art you've ordered and your location. Shipping costs will be specified in Checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All of our products, including custom made canvas art prints, come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of the materials.

How do I buy a gift certificate?

How do I check my gift certificate balance?

Have your gift certificate number handy and send us an email with your gift certificate number, and we'll respond with your remaining balance.
