Ordering
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. We use an industry-leading payment processing system that ensures payment security, PCI compliance, and fraud protection.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet reached the printing stage. Usually, an order enters the production stage 24 hours after placement. To do so, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@artinasec.com.
Will there be any watermarks or signatures on my pet portrait?
All watermarks, signatures, or any other brand marks will be removed before your artwork is painted.
What is the maximum file size that I can upload?
We accept image sizes up to a maximum of 10 MB.
Artworks
Are your canvases considered Giclee quality?
Yes. All of our artworks are applied onto canvas or framed art prints using a museum-grade process that utilizes archival inks that do not fade and preserve all the fine details. You can rest assured that these artworks are timeless.
Can I add text or a signature to an artwork?
Yes, you can. You can sign your artwork at checkout; just click on sign artworks and you can preview what it will look like.
Do you create pet portraits of any type of pet?
Yes, we do. We create pet portraits of any animal, regardless of species or breed. We have shipped pet portraits of birds, cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, lizards, and snakes.
Do you create artworks of people?
Although our specialty is pet portraits, we can create artworks of people as well.
Shipping
When will my pet portrait arrive?
Your custom pet portrait will be printed and ready for shipping within 5–7 business days. For canvas and framed canvas, allow an additional 3–6 business days for delivery within the United States and up to 2 weeks for the UK, Canada, and Australia.
I ordered multiple products in one order. Will they arrive together?
You will receive all the pet portraits in one parcel if they are all the same size. If you have multiple sizes, they will come in different parcels according to their size.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your custom pet portrait ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary based on the quantity and type of art you've ordered and your location. Shipping costs will be specified at checkout.
Can I add a note or message inside the box with my pet portrait?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this feature, but we hope to do so in the future. However, you can add a name or message printed onto the canvas.
Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy?
All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee regarding the workmanship and quality of the materials.
What happens if UPS loses my package?
In the rare event that UPS loses your package, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, once confirmed, we will issue a complimentary reprint of your order and ship it to you as soon as possible.
What if UPS delays my package?
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is produced and shipped on time, we unfortunately don’t have control over delays caused by UPS or other carriers. These can include weather events, accidents, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These situations are extremely rare, and when they do happen, we work closely with you and the carrier to help get your package to you as quickly as possible. Because these delays are outside our control, we’re not able to offer refunds solely due to carrier delays.
As mentioned previously, if a package is lost completely, we will issue a reprint so you still receive your artwork. Again, this is very uncommon. Most customers receive their order within 5 business days or less once it ships.
