Ordering

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. We use an industry leading payment processing system that ensures payment security, PCI compliance, and fraud protection.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet reached the printing stage. Usually, an order enters the production stage 24 hours after placement. To do so, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@artinasec.com.

Does the painting image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

Yes, we strive for a high degree of image accuracy.

Will there be any watermarks or signatures on my pet portrait?

All watermarks, signatures, or any other brand marks will be removed before your artwork is painted.

What is the maximum file size that I can upload?

We accept image sizes up to a maximum size of 10 MB.

Are your canvases considered Giclee quality?

Yes. All of artworks are applied onto canvas or framed art prints using a museum-grade process that utilizes archival inks that do not fade and preserve all the fine details. You can rest assured that these artworks are timeless.

Can I add text to the artwork?

Yes you can! Send us a message at support@artinasec.com after you complete your order and we will add the text for you.

Can I use this art style to make a pet portrait of any type of pet?

Yes! You can use this art style to create a pet portrait of any animal regardless of species or breed. We have shipped pet portraits of birds, cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, and even lizards and snakes!

Can I try the art styles on photos of people?

Yes, you can absolutely try it out on people! The art styles will not work on landscapes or other scenery.

Shipping

When will my pet portrait arrive?

Your custom pet portrait will be printed and ready for shipping within 7 business days after your order. Allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the United States and up to 2 weeks for Canada, UK and Australia.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

You will receive all the pet portraits in one parcel if they are all the same size. If you have multiple sizes they will come in different parcels according to their size.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your custom pet portrait ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary based on the quantity, type of art you've ordered and your location. Shipping costs will be specified in Checkout.

Where are you located?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from Colorado, USA, or Surrey, UK, or Sydney, Australia depending on the shipping address. Our head office is in Montreal, Canada.

Can I add a note or message with my pet portrait?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this feature but we hope to do so in the future. However, you can add a name or message on the canvas.
